In Builds, we are developing a new hotel project in one of the most central areas of Alicante. It is a urban hotel with 67 roomsdesigned to meet the growing demand for tourist accommodation in an environment increasingly connected and dynamic.

The building will be equipped with ground floor dedicated to common areas, four floors of rooms, and a upper terrace with a swimming pool, a sun terrace and rooftop, creating a space full of rest, leisure, and unique views of the city. In addition, the project includes two floors of underground parkingfacilitating the mobility and comfort of the guests.

The design has been entrusted to a prestigious architectural studio of Alicantewith experience in developments with contemporary, efficient, and respectful of your environment.

Currently in the project phase, the opening is scheduled for the year 2027. This development reinforces the bet Grounds to diversify its activity, with proposals thoughtful and positive impact on the urban fabric.

Project Aspe – Homes turnkey and storage rooms in the same development

In Builds, we are boosting a new project in Aspe, Alicante, based on the integral transformation of a local 1,400 m2 in a promotion mixed housing and storage roomsdesigned to provide an answer to two real needs: the access to affordable housing and the availability of storage space.

Building Asturias – full Rehabilitation in The neighborhood of la Florida (Alicante)

In Grounds we approached this project as an opportunity to recover and give new life to a commercial building located at Calle Asturias, 42, in the traditional neighborhood of La Florida, Alicante.

The result: a building completely renovated and transformed into 12 houses with storeroom, distributions, functional, modern equipment and designed to offer comfort and efficiency from the first day.

The project included the complete renovation of the existing structure, the new distribution by plants, complete facilities, air conditioning, carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms and interior finishes. Also speaking on the facade, common areas and storage spaces, offering a complete final product and ready to enter to live.

This promotion has been managed and traded in whole, with orientation to the residential rental, long-stay, and is currently sold in its entirety, in the absence only of its closing and delivery.

Building Asturias represents a clear example of our way of working: to transform the existing practical vision, attention to detail and providing a response to the new ways of inhabiting the city.

The Four – Piece new for tourist use in the heart of Alicante

The Four is a project developed by one Built in the year 2018, executed from solar on the street, Diaz Moreu, 21. It is a building of new construction composed by 4 apartamentos turísticos 1 and 2 bedrooms, designed to offer comfort, functionality and a strategic location in the center of Alicante.

Since its launch in 2019, the building is devoted exclusively to tourist rentalwhile maintaining a constant occupation thanks to its excellent location: a few meters from the TRAM stop, a few steps from the Central Market and just a 10-minute walk from Postiguet Beach.

The project was conceived to respond to the demand for accommodation and modern city, with housing compact, well resolved, and adapted to the needs of the visitor. Today, The Four still in operation and is one more example of how, from the Builds we approach each promotion with long-term vision and practical sense.
